  • School Blessing after our Refurbishment

    St Joseph's Catholic Infant School were delighted to welcome Bishop Alan to our newly refurbished School.  Not only did the Bishop bless the school, he visited every class and spoke to the children.  We were also joined by local dignitaries and members of the local council.
  • History Character Day 2018

    On Monday 26th November St. Joseph's Infant School welcomed a variety of people from Albert Einstein, Nelson Mandela, Emperor Cesar Augustus, Agatha Christie and Elvis. Our annual History Character day was another success. The children enjoyed talking about their chosen character and seeing how creative some of the costumes were. Thank-you to parents who sewed, glued and supported their children with this.

    Poppy and Poetry Workshop; St Joseph's Infant School remember those who have passed and who fought so that we could live in a democratic country.
  • Visit to St Joseph's Parish Church

    The children in Reception and Year 1 were welcomed into our parish church by Father Bijoy.  He talked to the children about Baptism and role played Baptising a doll. The children were very excited and talked about this experience which helped to develop their understanding and appreciation of the sacrament of Baptism.
