Nursery Admissions

St Joseph’s Nursery for children aged 2- 4 years, offers a warm, welcoming and creative environment for your child to grow and flourish. We are a wonderfully diverse and inclusive schools and embrace families of all faiths and none.

There are limited places available so please contact the school office to either  enquire about a current space for your child or have your child's name placed on a waiting list for when they turn 2 or  3 years old.   

Nursery Timings 

Morning Sessions               8.45 am to 11.45 am

Afternoon Sessions            12.00 pm to 3:00 pm

Full Day session                   8.45 am  to 3.00 pm

Pricing for 2024-25:

The 30 hour code can be used to fund full  day sessions for those who are eligible.  For families who are eligible for 30 Hours free childcare, there is an additional charge of £5 per day to cover the lunch period.  

If you are not eligible for a 30 hour code, we charge £25 top up per day for the afternoon session. This  is in addition to the morning session being covered by the universal 15 hours childcare funding we receive from the Local Authority for all 3 and 4 year old children.

'Stay and Play' Nursery and Reception Afternoons!

Come along and join the fun at our Nursery and Reception  'Stay and Play'.

There will be lots of activities for your child to take part in, free of charge, and you can see all our wonderful teachers and children in action! 

If you are looking for places for Reception and Nursery, we still have some limited half day or full day places available for this year. We are also taking admissions for the September 2025.
