Nursery Provision Age 2 - Age 4

Nursery Admissions


St Joseph’s Nursery is a warm welcoming environment for your child to grow and flourish.


Our Nursery is currently open for children the term after their third birthday but we will be opening for children between the ages of 2 and 3 shortly. Please contact the school office for more details.


Morning Sessions               8.45 am to 11.45 am

Afternoon Sessions            12.00 pm to 3:00 pm

Full Day session                  8.45 am  to 3.00 pm


Pricing for 2023-24:


The 30 hour code can be used to fund full  day sessions for those who are eligible.  For families who are eligible for 30 Hours free childcare, there is an additional charge of £5 per day to cover the lunch period.  


If you are not eligible for a 30 hour code, we charge £25 top up per day for the afternoon session. This  is in addition to the morning session being covered by the universal 15 hours childcare funding we receive from the Local Authority for all 3 and 4 year old children.

Nursery Support 


 We are looking to expand our Nursery to 2 year olds for September 2024.


We are currently operating a waiting list and places are filling up very quickly. 


Please remember that this is a school based nursery and will be overseen by Mrs Nogales and the leadership team next year to ensure high standards are maintained from nursery through to  Reception and beyond. 


Parents/ carers can apply for a code which entitles them to either free 15 hours or 30 hours of nursery care   for 2 - 3 and 3-4 year olds.
